Gruener Veltliner is a traditional, specific Austrian grape variety. This Veltliner shows a light yellow; added by an apple flavour with typical “Veltliner-pepper”. Fresh and fruity on palate, delightful balanced fruit-acidity tolerance make that wine an excellent companion with all kinds of pale meat. It perfectly suits to grilled dishes as well as to all Austrian dishes (breaded, deep-fried chicken and Wiener Schnitzel).
